I suggest using Amazon KDP for paperback, it’s the least pain and it will get your book directly to where most people buy books — Amazon plus wider distribution since they have merged with CreateSpace. I’m currently writing the second, updated edition of this manual, but the first one is still perfectly useful. If you can wait for the new edition to get published, though, it’s currently available for preorder at 99 cents.
