I'm glad that this is happening since it will significantly lower the level of greenhouse gasses airplanes produce to a disastrous effect on the environment (yes, think about the effects your work has on the environment too please). I feel for you, though, since I too lost my career — and not when I was in my twenties but when I was in my forties, which is, believe me, a whole different story. I too loved my job and what I lost wasn’t just a job, it was also my whole career. I survived, though and I assure you, it’s infinitely easier to survive that in your twenties than in your forties. And like I said, think about the environment and the damage your industry has already caused too.
