I’m still not quite sure what to think. I’ll know more after I run the promotion on Kobo and after the first book in the series isn’t tied to Amazon any longer so that I can republish it elsewhere and see whether that changes anything.

But it’s frustrating and confusing how some self-publishing platforms run their business. At the very least, one should be able to remove their books from the platform without having to ask anyone to please remove my books and please let me delete my account! That’s just totally unacceptable.
